About The Departments
The departments at Nafsaniyoun operate in full harmony, guided by a shared vision and executed with professionalism, creativity, and high ethical standards. Each department brings a unique contribution to our mission yet all work together as one unified body to advance psychology, mental health, education, and public well-being in Lebanon and the Arab world. Founded and led by Aly Al Atrash and Hiba Khalifeh, Nafsaniyoun is committed to excellence in every field we serve, from training to humanitarian response, publishing, research, and media engagement.
About The Founders
Aly Al Atrash and Hiba Khalifeh are the co-founders of Nafsaniyoun, a pioneering initiative dedicated to advancing psychology through training, research, and public engagement across the Arab world.
Aly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, combining strategic thinking with deep psychological insight.
Hiba, also a holder of a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, plays a leading role in shaping the center’s psychological programs and academic direction. Together, they continue to guide the strategic planning and vision of Nafsaniyoun, ensuring it remains a dynamic and ethical platform for psychological knowledge, practice, and community impact.
