A year-long support campaign for individuals diagnosed with cancer, combining therapy, public advocacy, and awareness sessions for families. Launched under the patronage of MP Paula Yacoubian.
A 40 hours online training for mental health professionals focused on trauma response and psychological intervention in emergencies. Offered free of charge during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Remote volunteer-based support for Lebanese expatriates during the country’s political and economic collapse delivered by a network of Lebanese psychologists worldwide.
A joint relief and emotional support campaign launched to serve 100 families facing hunger and poverty. Volunteers from across Lebanon contributed to this humanitarian intervention.

Humanitarian Relief Campaign During the War Launched in 2024 by Nafsaniyoun’s Humanitarian Response Department In the wake of the most recent war and the displacement of thousands of families, Nafsaniyoun launched an emergency campaign to provide urgent relief to those sheltering in schools, churches, and temporary housing.

Believing in the power of stories to heal, connect, and empower, Nafsaniyoun Center partnered with YAMADA and LBBY in 2020 to launch a training initiative for those working with children with special needs.
Through this project, we trained 1,000 teachers and special education professionals on how to use reading as a tool to support emotional expression, inclusion, and psychological growth. The initiative reflects our belief that every child deserves access to safe spaces for imagination, connection, and healing.
In early 2021, as Lebanese schools faced the compounded impact of the pandemic, the Beirut explosion, and a deepening economic crisis, Nafsaniyoun Center joined forces with Teach For Lebanon to support the mental health of school communities.
Through the School Community Support program, we trained over 500 educators and school staff to recognize signs of psychological distress and offer basic emotional support to students. This initiative aimed to create safer, more supportive learning environments during one of the country’s most challenging periods.
Following the August 2020 explosion, Nafsaniyoun Center, in collaboration with YAMADA and LBBY associations, launched a community initiative to support children psychologically affected by the trauma.

As the region reeled from the impact of the 2023 earthquake in Turkey, Syria, and Lebanon, Nafsaniyoun Center responded with an urgent mental health initiative grounded in solidarity and volunteerism.
We trained psychologists, social workers, and activists in Psychological First Aid (PFA), and launched a series of webinars and awareness videos on trauma, panic attacks, and emotional recovery. This initiative reflected our commitment to standing with communities in crisis through timely, informed psychological care.
