About The Founders

Hiba Khalifeh and Aly Al Atrash are the co-founders of Nafsaniyoun, a pioneering initiative dedicated to advancing psychology through training, research, and public engagement across the Arab world.

Aly, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in clinical psychology, combining strategic thinking with deep psychological insight.

Hiba, holds a Master’s in clinical psychology, plays a leading role in shaping the center’s psychological programs and academic direction. Together, they continue to guide the strategic planning and vision of Nafsaniyoun, ensuring it remains a dynamic and ethical platform for psychological knowledge, practice, and community impact.
