• Workshops & Seminars Interactive sessions on inclusion, differentiated instruction, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL).
•Consulting Local and international school consultations, needs assessments, and customized program design.
•Community Outreach Programs involving parents, organizations, and policymakers on child protection, SEL, and inclusive education.

Nancy Karout is the Head of the Educational Psychology Department at Nafsaniyoun and a key member of its leadership team.
A licensed psychotherapist specialized in the systemic and analytical approach, she is also a member of the Educational Psychology Committee at the Lebanese Syndicate of Psychologists (Lopsy).
With over 21 years of experience in the education sector, Nancy has worked as a teacher, trainer, and project leader both locally and internationally.
She has served as an IB workshop leader, trainer of trainers, and global educational consultant, supporting schools across various contexts.
Nancy is dedicated to holistic student development, having led mindfulness and SEL (social-emotional learning) programs in schools throughout Saida. She currently serves as a School Psychologist and SEL Facilitator at Rafic Hariri High School (RHHS).
As a song composer and writer, she incorporates music, storytelling, and drama therapy particularly in PSS group settings to foster emotional expression and resilience.
She is also a certified biodecoding counselor, integrating body-mind connection into her therapeutic practice.
