At Nafsaniyoun, we believe psychology belongs to everyone. In response to the spread of misleading mental health content, we created a show with psychoanalyst Dr. Elie Abo Chacra to share clear, accurate, and engaging psychological knowledge.

Through his approachable and often humorous style, Dr. Abo Chacra makes complex ideas easy to grasp. Backed by our dedicated team, the show is carefully developed and produced to maintain scientific integrity as it grows from our Training Room to stages across Lebanon.
