I view the therapeutic journey as a transformative life experience, and I believe that self-awareness is essential for reaching one’s highest potential. Approach: I use an integrative approach grounded in the psychodynamic framework and concepts, blending psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral techniques, while always prioritizing the uniqueness of each individual. Focus Areas: Emotional and relational challenges, anxiety and mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, stress management, and life-transition difficulties.
