* Behavioral disorders in children (ADHD, eating disorders, etc.)
* Developmental stages (Freud’s psychosexual theory, Bowlby’s attachment theory, Winnicott’s “good-enough mother”)
* Childhood trauma Normal vs. pathological development
* Classroom environments and child growth
* Introduction to Françoise Dolto’s work: childhood language, body image, and desire
