Course Description

Overview
This 50-hour training program provides a comprehensive introduction to psychosomatics, offering an integrative understanding of the relationship between mind and body through the
combined perspectives of psychoanalysis, neuroscience, and clinical practice.

The program explores the psychological, biological, and neurological dimensions of psychosomatic functioning, helping participants understand how emotional conflicts, trauma,
anxiety, and unconscious processes can influence physical health and bodily symptoms. Participants will examine major psychosomatic theories, contemporary neuroscientific
perspectives, and clinical models used to assess and support individuals experiencing
psychosomatic symptoms and chronic physical illnesses.

Through theoretical learning, clinical case discussions, and practical applications, the program
equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand, assess, and work
effectively within a psychosomatic framework.
