As digital devices become increasingly integrated into professional and personal life, individuals are exposed to new forms of stress associated with information overload, permanent accessibility, multitasking, and continuous digital engagement.
Adopting an integrative perspective that combines psychosomatic approaches and neuroscience, the workshop examines the concept of digital stress, including technostress in professional settings and digital stress in everyday life. Participants will explore the psychological, cognitive, neurobiological, and physical consequences of hyperconnectivity while developing a deeper understanding of how technology influences emotional regulation, attention, stress responses, and overall health.
