Overview
PEEK is an introductory psychology program designed to make psychological knowledge accessible beyond the boundaries of academic and professional training. The program aims to help participants develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others while exploring the relevance of psychology in everyday life, education, healthcare, relationships, and professional settings.

Through an engaging and accessible approach, participants will be introduced to the foundations of psychology, human development, sexuality across the lifespan, psychosomatic health, dreams, and major psychological disorders.
