PEEK is an introductory psychology program designed to make psychological knowledge accessible beyond the boundaries of academic and professional training. The program aims to help participants develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others while exploring the relevance of psychology in everyday life, education, healthcare, relationships, and professional settings.
Through an engaging and accessible approach, participants will be introduced to the foundations of psychology, human development, sexuality across the lifespan, psychosomatic health, dreams, and major psychological disorders. The program also encourages critical thinking about psychological information encountered in the media and on the internet, while helping participants develop greater self-awareness and psychological literacy.
Whether participants are considering future studies in psychology or simply wish to gain practical psychological knowledge, PEEK provides a broad and comprehensive introduction to the field.

Dr. Antoine Al Chartouni
Psychoanalyst and psychologist specialized in psychopathology. He is a lecturer at the Lebanese University and the author of several psychological awareness books for children. His work focuses on psychoanalysis, psychopathology, and public psychological education.
Dr. Carole Saade
Clinical psychologist holding a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from the Psychiatric Hospital of the Cross. She is a lecturer in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology at the Lebanese University and works as a CBT psychotherapist.
Dr. Marleine El Haddad
Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Psychosomatic Psychotherapist. Holds a PhD in Clinical and Pathological Psychology from Saint Joseph University of Beirut. Head of the Media and Public Relations Committee at the Lebanese Order of Psychologists. Coordinator of the multidisciplinary team at AgeOptimum Center for Geriatric Medicine, specializing in dementia and brain injuries for more than ten years. Head of the Integrative Psychosomatic Therapy Department at Nafsaniyoun Center.
