Overview
PEEK 3 is a specialized psychoeducational program designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of adolescent mental health and development. The program aims to make psychological knowledge accessible to professionals from various disciplines, while equipping parents, educators, healthcare professionals, and mental health practitioners with practical knowledge to better understand and support adolescents.


Through an interdisciplinary approach, participants will explore psychological development during adolescence, mental health challenges, intellectual disabilities, school-related difficulties, sexuality, identity formation, and the emotional and social needs of adolescents.
