Overview
This training program provides a comprehensive introduction to Transference-Focused Psychotherapy (TFP), an evidence-based psychodynamic treatment developed by Otto Kernberg and grounded in contemporary psychoanalytic and object relations theories
Drawing on the contributions of Melanie Klein, Donald Winnicott, John Bowlby, and Otto Kernberg, participants will explore the theoretical foundations of personality organization and the role of transference in therapeutic change. The program focuses on understanding personality disorders, particularly borderline personality organization, and introduces the core principles, strategies, tactics, and techniques of TFP.
Designed to bridge theory and clinical practice, the training equips participants with a structured framework for assessment, case formulation, and psychodynamic intervention with individuals presenting personality pathology.
